The winter weather didn’t bother Christina and Randy as they exchanged vows on a cold February day at Atlantis Pavilions in downtown Toronto. We were hired to provide them with Day of Coordination on their special day.
Prior to the ceremony they decided to do a First Look (becoming ever more popular) at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Hamilton. While they have stunning outdoor photography locations (ceremony and reception locations too), for anyone looking for a space for winter photography, their Mediterranean Gardens are indoors.
Randy was simply overwhelmed seeing his bride for the first time, captured perfectly by the photographer. Many thanks to Jenn Kavanagh Photography for the stunning photos!
The bridal party then moved to Atlantis Pavilions at Ontario Place for the ceremony and reception. Sadly, this wonderful venue will be no more after October 2017. Not sure what the city has in store for the waterfront area around Ontario Place but this venue holds many wonderful memories – not only for me personally but for so many of the clients whose weddings I have overseen here.
The ceremony was stunning in a unique triangular room with floor-to-ceiling windows.
From there it was off to the Metropolitan Ballroom where the decor was a vision in white and the party continued to the wee hours of the morning.
Congrats Christina and Randy! Thank you for allowing us to be your Day of Coordinators!
