We’ve done a few weddings at people’s residences now but this is the first one on the Bridle Path!
Atom and Nelson live in the States and reached out to us to help them with the planning of their wedding. They had already been super creative and found a Bridle Path home on Air BnB that they were able to rent out for the weekend for their wedding. What a novel idea! We brought in the caterers and rentals separately as well as your other typical wedding vendors.
Another creative idea that was a first was the inclusion of fruit in with the florals for the wedding centerpieces! And it proved to work absolutely beautifully!
I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive that this would all come together, mostly because the vision was a garden wedding and we were watching the weather hoping it would cooperate, because the “rain plan” was to move everything inside and that would have been a bit cramped indoors but would just not be what the couple was looking for. Thankfully Mother Nature smiled on us and it all went according to plan!
Special mention to the couple’s dog who stole the show during the wedding ceremony!
