Day of Coordination Toronto: Farrah and Nick exchanged vows on a beautiful Fall day in downtown Toronto at the iconic One King West Hotel. We were privileged to be their wedding day coordinators.
This ultra-classy affair was a perfect fusion of many cultures and histories. Farrah and her family are of Indian-African descent. Nick’s family are from Jamaica. But in Toronto, everything and anything is possible! Which is one of our favourite things about this job!
The ceremony was in the Austin Gallery at One King West, perfectly suited to wedding ceremonies. Large floral arrangements on tall gold vases flanked the aisle where the couple exchanged their emotional vows.
The reception then moved downstairs to the Grand Banking Hall where the decor was set around light pinks, creams and golds. The couple had a specactular backdrop of cream and blush, with a focal point of a floral wall behind the couple’s seats. Around the rest of the hall, tall florals on gold vases graced every table.
Graceful ballerinas took to the dance floor to provide some additional entertainment but the guests were clearly having a fantastic time and will be left many memories of this beautiful wedding.
