Amarylis and Carlos were high school sweethearts and now that they are young professionals with university behind them, they decided it was high time to make their relationship official with a wedding ceremony and celebration for their close family and friends.
They wanted something elegant but simple. This couple was not the type to spend money carelessly – every detail was carefully selected for its impact on the event. And in the end, they were thrilled with the results!
Fortunately, the day was just perfect, and the ceremony went ahead as planned in the front gardens at Fantasy Farm, under the willow branches.
Here comes the bride!
The bride’s ivory lace dress was one of our custom-made gowns; it was the perfect choice for her frame. The groom looked quite dapper in his grey fedora, I must say!
Once the ceremony was done, the reception was underway!
The couple chose very unique colours of black and white with purple and hints of yellow. They are huge comic book fans and these colours represent the colours of Batman and Catwoman!
In lieu of a traditional wedding cake, the couple chose to go with a cupcake tower in their theme colours:
The guest favours were Grace Island sodas, complete with purple superhero capes and little veils!
They partied well into the wee hours and had a great time. We loved every minute of working with you Amarylis and Carlos; can’t wait to plan your 10 year anniversary!
