Irish Soda Bread Favors

I can’t help but love, love, love this idea for any bride or groom whose ancestors or who themselves come from the Emerald Isles.   It doesn’t hurt that my mother is full-on Irish and that I spent many a summer there with all my relatives.   I have nothing but love and fond memories of Ireland.

Okay, nostalgia aside….

Mini Irish soda bread loaves are packaged up with mini jam jars.  Authentic Irish marmalade works great but hey, Irish folk love almost any jam.

My mother would approve!
